Accounts

Bookings
A booking is a contract between you and the property. The rate’s cancellation terms and the property’s house rules apply.
Properties
Properties must provide accurate listings, honour confirmed bookings and comply with local laws, including tax and registration rules.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, or publish misleading content.
Liability
Wixotel provides the platform; the property provides the stay. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
